We recognise individuals lead very busy lives so we are open 7 days a week and have opening times that allow you to ensure you do not neglect your fitness.
The Club is open from 6am every weekday morning, making this the perfect time for you to visit the Club before heading for a hard day at work, or why not visit after work and relieve that stress.
We are also open at weekends between 8am and 5pm
